Collective Dubai: Indoor Friday Brunch

There is nothing better than enjoying a brunch on a lazy Friday in a beautiful indoor garden.

An indoor brunch bringing the nature inside with plants, bridges, a steam with fishes and adding lots of happiness into our lives. I am in love with the ambiance (definitely a place to click pictures).

  • The Levantine Emporium

There was something for everyone- hot and cold mezza, salad, live pasta station, pizza, and falafels. We quite enjoyed the salad bar but unfortunately, rest of the options didn’t meet our expectations and we moved on to the next section.

  • Grill
Finally had a delicious selection of good quality chicken, meat, and seafood- kebab, steaks, ribs, hotdog, prawn, and fish along with the fresh lentil soup. Definitely, a thumbs up!
  • Indian

It was interesting to try Parsi dishes such as Keema Pav and Machi but the Butter Chicken stole the show.

  • Desserts

My favorite part of the brunch and we were sitting close to the ‘The Bakery’ so we were easily tempted by the gorgeous setup and smell of the fresh baked goods. Everything from the soft cookies topped with ice cream, to sticky date pudding, cakes, and Arabic sweets were absolutely incredible. Loved it all!

Overall, the ambiance and desserts were top notch!
